The refrigerator is fine. Although having two separate drawers for a freezer did cut some space that I had from my previous. But it does make it far more organized. The fridge space is notice ly larger. Now for the lowered stars. My particular model came with some dings on the side of the middle freezer door. We needed a fridge were just dealing with it. Now that is my possibly star giveback. My main issue is, the dimensions are the exact same as my old fridge, but, the old fridges doors opened flush with the walls of the fridge. Even having almost 2.5 inches of clearance the door cannot open to a 90 degree angle. We do have a solution but it is going to take a days work. So I leave a 3 star
