Delivery Timeframe: Our team works diligently to ensure that your appliances are delivered promptly. Typically, our appliances deliver within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on availability and your location.

Brand-Specific Shipping Information: Please note that shipping information may vary depending on the brand of the appliance you have selected. *Forno Shipping Policy

  • Forno appliances include In-Home Delivery:
    • The courier will bring the appliance into your home and open the box to check for damages
    • Debris removal, Installation, or haul away is not included
  • Delivery to Room of Choice (up to 7 steps with 2 movers):
    • The courier will delivery to the room of your choice, up to 7 steps with 2 movers.
    • If there are more than 7 steps, and/or more movers are required, the courier will charge the customer a fee
    • The fee is dependent on the number of steps and the number of movers required to get the appliance in the desired location
    • These fees are determined by the courier and out of Ménage Appliances' control

Pertaining to kitchen furniture and heavy appliances, free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping offer for heavy appliances does not apply and is not possible to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Friday Harbor, Orcas Island, or any other islands within the United States. Additionally, free shipping of heavy appliances is not available for international destinations, including Canada. We will NOT honor returns for shipments outside of our normal shipping range.
