Cooktop has 5 sealed burners with a total stove top output of 68,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering delicate melting chocolate or cooking sauces, giving you the ability to cook up whatever delicious meals you desire. The continuous cast iron grates allowmaximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel cooktop cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. This 4.32 cu.ft. true convection fan oven has an impressive blue enamel interior, allowing for easy cleaning. The 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. This oven also boasts a total output of 6,300 Watts, providing plenty of power for baking, roasting, and broiling. Included are 2 telescopic stainless-steel oven racks, concave Wok Ring and LP conversion kit.
